Developed media tools which are culturally relevant: the organization worked to develop four major DVD tools and a informative and colorful calendar. Part of this was for educational purposes to orient people toward understanding other cultures and part of this was to help people in Asian countries gain equipping and help in order to improve their personal and social welfare.

Provided cross-cultural training consultations: This organization was involved in 11 major trainings, training people from over 9 countries. The purpose of the trainings was to give insight into how to work more effectively cross-culturally and to develop specific plans for helping societies develop.

Developed regional and global consultation of leaders: a regional Asian consultation was held and a planning session for a global consultation of like-minded leaders was held. Both consultations were based on the belief that leaders must bring the strengths of their own culture to help other leaders of other cultures improve their own societies.
